Five Sizes for Perfect Fit:

With five available sizes, these inners can seamlessly complement any of our cushion covers.

  • To fit a 45cm x 45cm cover (50x50cm)
  • To fit a 50cm x 50cm cover (55x55cm)
  • To fit a 45cm by 55cm cover (50x60cm)
  • To fit a 55cm x 55cm cover (60x60cm)
  • To fit a 60cm x 60cm cover (65x65cm)

Achieve Plush Comfort:

For a wonderfully plump cushion, select an inner that's one size larger than your cushion cover (increasing both length and width by 5cm).

Quality Materials:

Encased in 100% cotton covers, the inners are filled with a blend of 95% white duck feathers and 5% down, ensuring both comfort and durability.

Certified Responsibly:

Our inners are certified by the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). This certification guarantees that the feathers and down used have been sourced from birds raised in humane conditions, allowing them to express their natural behaviors and safeguarding them from harm.

Easy Maintenance:

Keep your cushion inners fresh by following these care instructions: air them before use, cold gentle machine wash separately, avoid soaking or bleaching, drip dry or tumble dry on low, do not iron, and if needed, they are dry-cleanable. Be sure to air them frequently for long-lasting comfort.

Care Instructions

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

All items will be shipped from Waitakere, New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders, bulk orders and pre-orders) the next weekday (excluding public holidays).

Domestic Rates

Shipping for non-rural New Zealand addresses is $8.50

Tiny products like jewellery or greeting cards will show a shipping option of $4.00 for non-rural New Zealand addresses.

If your order is eligible this option will be offered at checkout. 

Rural addresses may incur an additional fee ($3.50)

Local Delivery

Delivery is available for locals to Waitakere, Auckland.

The cost is $5 per order - delivery times arranged after purchase.

If your address is in range, the delivery option will show at check out.

International Shipping

Shipping to Australia incurs a flat rate cost of $20 (NZD).

Please note that not all items are eligible for flat rate shipping cost of $20 to Australia, this includes breakables, heavy and oversized items. You will be notified if your item will incur higher charges.

If you are outside of Australia, please email us for a shipping quote.

Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or credit.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original condition as when purchased, being unused, unwashed, and accompanied in the original packaging.

Please send an email to: elise@strangerscollective.co.nz and return it to us at the address provided within 14 days of the receipt of the products.

Once received and assessed we will either replace it, exchange it or offer a store credit for the purchase price. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase and also the reason for returning.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items or TradeMe Reserve items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to: elise@strangerscollective.co.nz and send your item to the address we provide.

Store credits (if applicable)

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit, if we are unable to exchange or replace firstly.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, the credit will be issued and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We may at our discretion negotiate contributing to shipping costs,
