Gameface moisturiser is a tool to serve and protect you against the elements. Specifically engineered to be light on the skin and easily absorbed, Gameface is a unique formulation of Jojoba extract, Horopito oil, Ponga fern (Cumingii) and Vitamin E, combined with a subtle infusion of essential oils to deliver a fragrance we call 'smoke and wood'. The result is a nutrient rich, hydrating cream that will leave skin feeling toned, supple and fresh.
A great moisturiser should add elasticity and toning; it should deliver active ingredients that work with the skins composition assisting it to stay in balance and uplifted. It should have active properties that can treat and protect the surface of the skin, addressing any surface inflammation or abrasions. And of course it should work to hydrate the skin, locking in the good oil to keep skin enriched and healthy.

All items will be shipped from Waitakere, New Zealand.
We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders, bulk orders and pre-orders) the next weekday (excluding public holidays).
Shipping for non-rural New Zealand addresses is $8.50
Tiny products like jewellery or greeting cards will show a shipping option of $4.00 for non-rural New Zealand addresses.
If your order is eligible this option will be offered at checkout.
Rural addresses may incur an additional fee ($3.50)
Delivery is available for locals to Waitakere, Auckland.
The cost is $5 per order - delivery times arranged after purchase.
If your address is in range, the delivery option will show at check out.
Shipping to Australia incurs a flat rate cost of $20 (NZD).
Please note that not all items are eligible for flat rate shipping cost of $20 to Australia, this includes breakables, heavy and oversized items. You will be notified if your item will incur higher charges.
If you are outside of Australia, please email us for a shipping quote.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or credit.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original condition as when purchased, being unused, unwashed, and accompanied in the original packaging.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return it to us at the address provided within 14 days of the receipt of the products.
Once received and assessed we will either replace it, exchange it or offer a store credit for the purchase price. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase and also the reason for returning.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items or TradeMe Reserve items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address we provide.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit, if we are unable to exchange or replace firstly.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, the credit will be issued and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We may at our discretion negotiate contributing to shipping costs,
