This is what the famous dudes do, they don't use filters and you wont need filters either, once you get this day cream into your routine.

Your face takes an ultimate hit on the daily - pollution, UV rays, dust, grime, dirt - you name it, your face is in a battle everyday.

Give it some hit points back with this protective, hydrating cream. It's non-greasy, light and absorbs quickly - so you'll forget you put anything on your face. That is until the next day when you're wondering why you don't feel as fly as yesterday.

Use it daily and enjoy the benefits of mamaku and ginseng extracts, it will have you feeling on top of the world and pumped to get on with your day.

If you've been extra-harsh to your skin, (sun, salt water, shaving etc), you can get some relief by re-applying this soothing magic formula whenever you need.

Suitable for all skin types to use daily, thanks to the gentle formula.

Should I be using skincare?

Are you a dude that's never really used skincare before? That's absolutely no problem. That used to be us, too.


The skin is the largest organ in the human body, and your face is the most visible part of that body. You can't turn back time, but the sooner you start using a skincare routine can do wonders to keep your mug looking great for the long term.


What does skincare actually do?

Your face is the most exposed skin on your body, and for many of us it can be quite sensitive, oily, dry, or flaky. Even if your skin is perfect now, we all take a hammering over time by things like sun, dirt, pollution, and other chemicals floating in the air.


Skincare helps you fight against these effects by cleaning, protecting, and restoring your face from whatever the world throws at you. Except bricks. Our skincare doesn't stop bricks.


How the face do I use it?

Apply in the morning after using two dudes daily face wash.
  • Spread an almond sized amount evenly around your face and neck, avoiding eyes.
  • Gently rub in until absorbed.
  • Use after shaving for extra hydration. 

I'm  a dude with a beard, do I need this?

If you have a beard, using our daily face wash becomes even more important (beards tend to trap stuff under their greatness)

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

All items will be shipped from Waitakere, New Zealand.

We aim to dispatch all orders (with the exception of custom orders, bulk orders and pre-orders) the next weekday (excluding public holidays).

Domestic Rates

Shipping for non-rural New Zealand addresses is $8.50

Tiny products like jewellery or greeting cards will show a shipping option of $4.00 for non-rural New Zealand addresses.

If your order is eligible this option will be offered at checkout. 

Rural addresses may incur an additional fee ($3.50)

Local Delivery

Delivery is available for locals to Waitakere, Auckland.

The cost is $5 per order - delivery times arranged after purchase.

If your address is in range, the delivery option will show at check out.

International Shipping

Shipping to Australia incurs a flat rate cost of $20 (NZD).

Please note that not all items are eligible for flat rate shipping cost of $20 to Australia, this includes breakables, heavy and oversized items. You will be notified if your item will incur higher charges.

If you are outside of Australia, please email us for a shipping quote.

Return policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or credit.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original condition as when purchased, being unused, unwashed, and accompanied in the original packaging.

Please send an email to: elise@strangerscollective.co.nz and return it to us at the address provided within 14 days of the receipt of the products.

Once received and assessed we will either replace it, exchange it or offer a store credit for the purchase price. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase and also the reason for returning.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items or TradeMe Reserve items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to: elise@strangerscollective.co.nz and send your item to the address we provide.

Store credits (if applicable)

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit, if we are unable to exchange or replace firstly.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, the credit will be issued and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We may at our discretion negotiate contributing to shipping costs,
